Renal Colic or as it is known more frequently “kidney stones” is a disease that is causing major problem to a lot of people all over the world. Consisting of a congregation of dissolved urinary minerals and sore these stones can cause insupportable pain in the lower back, groin and abdomen. When getting to the ureter can block the canal or cause damage and obstruction to the urinary tract, that will lead to muscle spasms and bloody urine. - Include fewer oxalate-rich food in your diet. Soy products, chocolate, spinach or sweet potatoes could start a calcium stone gathering if you are prone to.
