The most common kidney stone symptoms are intense pain in the back or in the side of your abdominal region. Sometimes, this pain can be present in the groin and it can last for minutes, even hours. Then, other kidney stone symptoms are nausea, blood in the urine, cloudy or smelly urine, high fever, a burning sensation when urinating, feeling an often need to urinate, and feeling restless.
